Cylinders are assigned a bar code number and scanned when they first enter Gateway's facility. Through each step of the re-test process or services performed, information is gathered by operators using hand held scanners. This allows for traceability by serial number of every service performed on each individual cylinder.

When cylinders are returned to the customer, they are scanned and a shipping manifest/billing is compiled, represented by serial numbers to assure accurate billing.

With the information logged in our database, the history and services performed on an individual cylinder are easily accessible for future reference.
